Award Criteria |
REALTOR® of the Year Given annually to a REALTOR® member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® who has given unselfish service to the Association, all of its members and our community and in so doing, has enhanced the REALTOR® image. |
Manager of the Year Given annually to a manager whose contributions to his or her agents increase the professionalism and productivity of the office and encourages participation in NOMAR committees and activities. |
Affiliate of the Year Our Affiliate Members are very special to us. Once a year we have the privilege of honoring one who goes above and beyond. Please, take this opportunity to nominate an Affiliate Member who has worked unselfishly to promote our Association. Any Affiliate Member who holds Primary or Associate Membership in the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® is eligible for nomination. |
Max J. Derbes Meritorious Service Award Optional Award - Not given every year. The Max J. Derbes Award is awarded to a REALTOR® member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS who is recognized as having made the most significant contribution to the REALTOR® image in terms of time, efforts and results during the last year. (NOT ELIGIBLE: Current and former presidents of NOMAR Board and current officers.) |
Rising Star Award Given annually to a REALTOR® or Affiliate of NOMAR and the Young Professionals Network, 40 years of age or younger, who has demonstrated excellence in the areas of sales, leadership, and community involvement. |
